CONFERENCE FEES
Benefits for Conference Participants:
Participating researchers will receive the following benefits:
- Free accommodation for researchers coming from outside Zakho.
- A Certificate of Participation in the conference.
- A Conference Bag containing relevant academic materials and supplies.
- A copy of the Book of Accepted Research Abstracts.
- Publication of the accepted paper in accordance with the publication policies and standards adopted by the conference.
- Lunch meals during the conference days.
- Coffee breaks during the conference sessions.
- An electronic copy of the Conference book Proceedings.
Important Note
- Researchers are responsible for covering their own travel and transportation expenses to and from Zakho.
- The conference participation fee is IQD 50,000 (fifty thousand Iraqi dinars) per research paper. For co-authored papers, an additional fee of IQD 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Iraqi dinars) will be charged for each additional researcher participating in the paper.
